• 1 1/2 oz. Brugal White Rum
  
• 3/4 oz.  Home Made Pineapple syrup
  
• 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime juice
  
• 1-2 dashes of Regan's #6 bitters

Shaken, then poured into a short glass filled with tiny ice cubes. Flame the oil of an orange peel over the drink, and top with seltzer.
